By use of solar lighting and using movable accommodation structures at our safari camps. This limits the carbon footprint based on the fact that the forest is left intact and there is minimum disturbance of the flora and fauna. Mountain gorillas are usually straying in the camp to feed on the same vegetation.

At our ecolodge we encourage the use of solar power and most of the equipment and materials used in the construction, has been sourced from nearby.
